this is from the cartoon kat-tun II you concert.. although the dvd you have is the last concert they held.. since it's an original dvd.. this clip is a fancam so an audience must have recorded this before the last concert of this event.. mostly JE records the last concert of a certain group before releasing it to a DVD.. this clip is not the last concert so it's not in your dvd as well as in my dvd too..
i don't think this is from the qop concert, i've seen this before early january so it can't be, plus they don't look like that anymore. i think it's from their first concert (i don't remember the name :P) since taguchi had a similar costume for his solo

i think it's one of the performance during the tour..
they did it in most of their other concert but not in the tokyo dome...
n the dvd one is their concert in the dome..
so this part is not included...
