when tauren walks in at 0:11 .. he comes in , in like the middle of the picture .. like he was coming from behind af invisble wall .. how can i fix that cuz i have the same problem!

If you use Sony Vegas, you have to right click on the clip that you`re going to use, and press "Video Event Pan / Crop" then press "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and it`s fixed.

Question: i know how to do all this, animations and stuff. But how do i get the models to move from one point to another? i use Vegas Pro 8.0. And BTW i have the same problem as "ShNe07"

To move things across the screen if you you want them walking you animate them waling and right-click near the model and just move the cursor. The problem I have is the size of the Model Veiwer window is smaller than that of the Vegas. So when you move somehting from the side of teh screen in Model Vewier it's not the side of the screen when you key them with the background.

One problem I noticed is when you brought in the Tauren from the sid of the screen he was cut off. This happens to me in ModelVeiwer. Anybody got any ideas how to stop it?

I got the exact same problem. Only thing I could do to solve this issue was to put a large black border on the edge. Kind of acts as a reminder of just how far I should put my animations to stop them from cutting out of the screen.

Only problem with doing that is the contents of what you see on screen would be reduced in size slightly.
