Just doesn't make sense - there are better ways to get in shape. One blow to the head, even padded, could lead to a concussion or knockout. Land reparations.  Watch Banished or PBS' Race the Power of an Illusion: The House We Live In. Read Systemic Racism by Joe Feagin or any of his works, read some critical race theory. White Americans have so systemically denied blacks full personhood and participation in America that it carries into the present day. Today, blacks have no family wealth compared to whites and do not control any of the country's resources, this is the result of centuries of theft that are rarely even acknowledged.

It's funny how ancient Greeks and Romans never had these kind of race relations. It might have something to do with the fact that they didn't enslave black people because of their skin, so didn't have to inculcate misinformation about them into the culture. Maybe that was because the blacks that they had contacts with were their equals (technologically speaking), warriors and statesmen.
