  • Thank you for the video, very helpful and informative.

  • With the leaning forward excersise: what I find works is to lean forward just untill you feel strain then pull back just a touch and relax until the strain relaxes then forward a few cm then relax until strained feeling passes. and continue cm by cm. breath. then gentle strech backwards when finished to even up.

  • I had lower back surgery last year. But now I can't sit for long time, very painful and few days ago my right led gets numbness. What should I to do? Give me advise, please!!!

  • Less sitting, more walking. Typical problem of our ages.

  • This dudes hip angle is not good all. Look how his feet point out. What is he doing? look at some anatomy photos and pay particular attention to the psoas major muscle that connects from the T12 vertebrate to the L5 vertebrate and attaches to the hip. Also look at what muscles are attached to the pelvis. Things that make you go Hmmm

  • hi people,i wonder how most of you have got bad back at first time?IMy was very healthy, until i went to chiropractor and he hurt my back badly-any body have the same experience ?

  • your flexing your spine. Those two exercises you showed first, and some of the worst for your back!

  • I can't even do the first stretch my back is so sore :(

  • @Squallzy13 I highly recommend you search Peter Egoscue and read his Book Pain Free. It sounds like you need some passive exercises to balance your muscle skeletal system so they will let go and stop pulling you of position which is causing the pain.

  • Who stretches in jeans?

  • Even though these aren't making the pain go away, it still feels good. How long should it take before the pain is gone

  • Also, make sure while you are doing the exercises on the floor, that your back is pressed against the ground - there shouldn't be a "whole" between your lumbar back and floor. Notice that you can have this position also by sightly lifting your head.
