@Hayden1911 Because when you deleted yours, it had stuff in it, and you didn't delete the stuff in the recycle bin, you just got rid of the shortcut. If you watch the video again, you'll see that I deleted mine when it was empty, therefore, it came back empty.

@westauxwaitaks because for your recycle bin to change from an empty bin to a full bin when you put stuff in it, it needs a different "costumes" to change. So those are just the two different ones, if you chose the full one, it would change to the empty one once you emptied your recycle bin, but its less trouble for you to just choose the empty icon. @donsk007 You just click on the item you want to restore, and depending on your version of computer, there will be a button that says something along the lines of "Restore Selected Items" and it will be located probably at the top right or left of the page, if not there, it will be somewhere on the page.

Also, if you want to restore more than one item, click on the first item you want to restore, hold shift, and then click on the last item you want to restore.
