Do you HAVE to take it twice a day? I really don't mind that but having to take it one your off days as well is not something that's ideal for me, between vitamins and supplements I already have to take twice a day for a condition I have, it's close to 16 pills twice daily.... Can I still see results if I just take it twice a day as recommend on my work out days? I'm also a female, young, just starting to get into fitness.

I think it really works. I always felt incredible during my workouts. I switch to another supplement (endorsed by T.O.) that I am almost done with the free trial. I didnt like it. I will be going back to force factor next year.

I tried it for a few days, and I did see results right away. It seems help increase reps by about 10%, recovery time between sets big time, and I seem to be able to do more sets. I'm not sure about maxing out yet, but I can definitely get more out of my workout. I'm getting my pump way faster. It seems to start working 30 minutes after taking it, even more at 60, and I think it lasts about an hour after that.
If you are a serious body builder, athlete, runner etc, I would recommend force factor

Some of you people are making idiotic comments... NO boosters boost Nitric Oxide. They do NOT increase testosterone levels and they are NOT steroids. @TastyBreakfast if no one got back to you as well to me i took force factor ramp up i got tired of going to the hospital every time i had to take a test and was constantly told im fat so i got what i just mentioned and it helped me go from 220 to 180 but i think it was more motivation that helped me lose weight as well i went to the gym everyday and night also i was ok taking force factor but to me it just made me put weight on it didnt help at all but good thing no head aches

Some of you people are making idiotic comments... NO boosters boost Nitric Oxide. They do NOT increase testosterone levels and they are NOT steroids. They don't make your muscles stronger than normal, it just gives you extra energy and push to get a little more weight and a few more reps. Basically, you work harder with it than you do without it, so you can make bigger gains. But you still have to WORK. If you're eating more, its probably bc you're burning more calories and t/f need more.

This is garbage. Force Fctor is all MArketing hype. They use a lot of banner ads and pop ups. Its all marketing.
I use Superpump 250 by Gaspari instead. Gaspari doesnt have bullshit supplements. Try Superpump for 1 workout and you will know whats up.
I used to weigh 185 3 months ago with 15% bodyfat I now weigh 218 with 8% bodyfat. Yeah you need to work your ass in the gym, but Superpump gives you the fuel to do it. NO HYPE!

After about a week and a half I can literally feel and see my muscle have changed. But, im trying to get smaller so I still use Force Factor's Ramp-up. That totally works too........Trust me

@jamesrew17 They are not that big, they are like plastic capsuls with powder in them. They are bigger than a normal cold or headache pill. The normal dose is 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. I only do 2 in the morning, and thats it, but still seen fast results
