You Devil Trigger on the first hit and Un-Devil Trigger last hit for added damage. That is the DRI.

Pretty good. Though in the future you may wanna look up how to DRI (Distored Real Impact.) It makes Real Impact do a TRUCKLOAD of damage.

For beginners, the Release is obviously harder to set up. For the players who finished the game, using super character with infinite Block Distaster and DT Gauge the release is actually easy, just syncing is the thing ;)

The good thing about Assaults (lightning demons) is that their blind, so if u stay still and don't make any loud noises, like shooting or slashing a sword, they should pretty much attack other enemies or have no idea where their attacking. Unless your 1 on 1 with them yeah i hate them too and the Cutlass both piss me off, as well as mephisto and Faust with dante.

I think  you mean the blitz (lightning) the Assaults are the over-sized lizards with shields. and the fkn fausts are annoying little shits, they ruin everything. I once has an SSS going and WHAM out of no where a faust hits me...terrible.

@Storm3Ryder Yeah your right i just looked at the library thing they are blitz. But dude i HATE Faults i wanna shoot myself when i have to deal with them. Especially when u have to fight with two mephisto's a Faust AND two Faults. Wtf is up with that? One time i'm owning two uncloaked mephistoes on sss then i have to jump cus of a Fault and Faust just bitch slaps me. Then while Dante is getting off the ground another Fault comes by and gets me ffs.

Dude dont even get me started....gahhh its so annoying. I mean first of all that forest level is a gold mine for racking up combos but noooo you cant do that without a Faust bitch slapping you or getting sucked down into the level by a Fault....Oh course if they put a Blitz in here then I would of rage quit out of the level.

@Storm3Ryder Well the problem with that is... i heard that in hell or hell mode they put a blitz or two in there.... When i heard that i yelled "SON OF A.." Yup.... oh well atleast in Heaven or Hell mode you can 1 hit ko everything. Rapid firing Ebony & Ivory ftw? Problem is with Nero blue rose isn't exactly great at rapid fire. So i have trouble with blitz when i have to fight it with Nero, even on Son of Sparda mode.

If you need help with the video file try just making it in an AVI from fraps and try making it as high resolution as possible. Now it will

be huge, but convert it the flash video with a free video to flash converter. Youtube only uses flv format which tends to be a huge mess of pixels. After you convert the file, it should be A LOT smaller. I use 1280 x 720 resolution. You can add &fmt=18 to the end of the link for high quality, but you need high res. Check out my vids as example.

This was before the PC version of the game was released, and WAY before YouTube offered high quality. This is back when I was using a USB capture card to record off of the 360, and it was low quality or nothing. there were various tricks to trying to get better quality out of YouTube at the time, mostly involving rendering at it's native resolution. which was 320x240. but something with the grey pixels in this video made it come out shitty.

Yeah, it took me some time to do this. You royal release and when you hit the blitz you royal block. It´s actually a lot faster if you use Gilgamesh, jump, press the melee and when you hit the blitz you royal block, then u do enemy step and repeate it. Then 2 real impact(with D.T after the 2nd hit) and a laser cannon from pandora!!!

The best block I have ever seen is lke this: air block while jump cancelling with rebellion. Amazing. This strategy is not bad either but the Blitz keeps moving. The best way to kill it is two pin-ups with Lucifer, two real impacts and a laser cannon. All in while in D.T

You can keep punching into Royal Guard (Back+B?) until his shield drops if you can time it right.

Then Gilgamesh (Back+B) uppercut DT'd for DRI and two of those should have him about to explode.

Switch to Lucifer and (Back+B) throw a rose to make him explode?

I'm not sure. It's back and attack with Lucifer. It's the move that usually detonates the blades. But apparently it does a tiny bit of damage by itself when he throws the rose.

It also launches smaller enemies (ones you can lift-off... unlike Blitz) in the middle of a combo. So you can hit an enemy with it in mid air, and they will be launched further, so you may land and continue to combo off of it. It's pretty handy.

You're doing 2 things wrong

First: you didn't time your blocks right (you need Royal blocks), resulting in not being able to finish the armor within 5 seconds.

Second: It is possible to get 4 hits out of Real Impact. Just time your Devil trigger right after that third strike and you'll get a fourth hit.

I know I did it wrong. This is an attempt. My timing isn't perfect, but it's still way better than a lot of DMC players can do.

I have tried using DRI on the Blitz, but for some reason it only does the first hit, he falls down and the rest of my move misses.

Reason is simple, you need to give Blitz a bit of time after your first Real impact 4 hit until you give him the second real impact 4 hit.

Or else Blitz is still in the "standing up" animation and could not be thrown up into the air.

As soon as the punch connects, you need to block with Royal Gaurd.

it's not just flv form. It's actually a very specific one.

If you did that, the problem could also be that you didn't make it two-pass encoding, and make it variable bitrate.

If you succeeded in doing the way you should, the video on youtube should look exactly like the same flv file you uploaded. I believe googling it will give you the specifics of doing this.
