Finally a tutorial we can use! Maybe now i can make something that isn't craptastic.

Although when i try and preview or even use my attempts i have an unreal amount or lag on the program. I'm using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD 9.0, any advise?

@Gankinu the amount of lag is probably because of your computer. faster computers dont have much lag. you could download the 11 series from sony vegas, they are a little faster on the the preview part.

Only problem with Widescreen mart is that it lowers your video quality if the clips are already 720x480 or less and some of the image does get cut out but good tutorial man

@Yanikchan Sony vegas does not always support avi, so you might wanna convert them into wmv.

When I download the Matrix data, and import it to the timeline. Is the Matrix data supposed to be a WMV file?

I have 6 tracks and when I put it above the clip I want it to be, it just shows the matrix data. So I took the opacity down a little so it could work. Can you tell me how to make it wok, without the Opacity??:D

Well okay so i'm masking normally and everything, I zoom in and start masking then I try to drag the screen up so I can mask more of the image, but then when I go back to the masking tool, it deselects. The small part of the mask that I already masked is still there but I can't continiue it, be cause it starts a new mask when I switch from the Normal Edit Tool to the Anchor Creation Tool. Can you help me? :o

i need some help please. when i'm building an amv in sony vegas, a lot of the time there are fragments of frames from another clip that somehow appear in the clip i'm editing. they somehow appear in random frames i'm masking as well. frame 425 from clip B appears in frame 154 in clip A for example. do you have this same problem at times?
