  • Forget about strict formality, show up your willing to help and care with a big smile like that is the best thing that has happened to you. And, this is not smth that can be learned, either you have it in your personality or not. because of this, some of the people are so preoccupied with the trainings. The trainings can be applied only in the technical things like the reservation system and filling data. Everything else variates from 1 to other costumers, needs=treats.

  • the point with this kind of videos is for stupid people, that needs to be brain washed and trained to details, since they are total idiots. To be a good receptionist you need to be good-looking, communicative and polite. It's not about where you look at, or if you take the document with a right or left hand. The guest is not aware of that, but he would be aware if you are not polite and no friendly spirit, showing care for them and their needs.
