the game I like it gets kinda hard though sometimes unless u set your weapons up right u get a lot of money from battles and u can change their menu screen avatars by buying costumes but it doesnt change how they look while you play, move, and fight there is a lot of minicutscenes kinda like the tales game the costumes effect this a little and the set of characters you play with really surprises you all in all i like this game

What is this game? Looks like a cross between the tales series and Skies of arcadia. Is there anything special about it or is it just a standard japanese RPG with a standard Japanese story. The turn based fight systems looks out of date and the graphics horrific. The Music sounds fantastic though.

@1987Rpg well just my opinion i think niko's va was better than l'arcs. niko had emotion and his va did a good job pointing out that he is a coward. at some points in the game L'arc showed no emotion at all wen he was supposed to.

Bought this game it was pretty good I have alway love turned based I played the first final fantasy hen it came out and it's good to see some more rpg like this conning tithe wii. However the voice acting is the worst thing I have ever heard like many say they stutter and seem emotionless I download an undubbed version and it was better

Eh I bought this game thinking it would be good, but it's just not grabbing me. I thought the story would be compelling, but I'm really not into it. Sure, it's a well-made game (aside from the English voice acting), but it all just feels a bit too chessy for me. It might be the voice acting because I just can't get behind the characters, they just feel empty and devoid of personality. That might just be me though.

The art is inspired by Eureka Seven, to be sure. Or drawn by the same artist, more likely. They have the exact same faces as the characters from the show in the cartoon depictions of them~! ^w^

There really is no real reason why these shouldn't already be out, they're making games at a faster rate then ever. Not to mention the Wii is still using last generation Hardware. The system itself is only 10 times better then the X-Box, just with no HD.

I really want this game, but it sucks that I have to wait so long to get it. I wish there were more games like this one the wii, especially if it supports classic controller support. I love rpgs, and there doesn't seem to be a lot of rpgs on wii in the U.S. I'm assuming that Japan has a lot of amazing rpgs on the wii.

They really don't think twice about releasing their games in the US because we have to many wanna-be fan boys that will talk to much shit about the graphics and say it's not worth the purchase. Americans also criticize them and would be more appreciated with some peace of shit FPS. If a western publisher sees potential in a game, he will make moves to get a licenses for it and localise it. That's all there is too it. Many Japanese games are seen as simply too niche to appeal to a western market; so publishers don't go near them. It has nothing to do with what anyone thinks of any game. If it has the potential to make money or not,that is the question

Second, there is a mail in order campaign where you have to mail in letters to Reggie. You have missed out on the Xenoblade one, but if mail The Last Story one out today and the Pandora's Tower one sometime next week, then you should be good.

And last, go to their Facebook and Twitter and keep saying it in the comments section. And make videos on YouTube to get the word out.

Hmm...I know you said almost all, but what about the Tales series? Tales of Symphonia I've played, and it had great voice acting. Final Fantasy IV (DS) had great voice acting, and I would say the list goes on.

True, there are some JRPGs that have bad voice acting, but there are also a lot of JRPGs that have great English voices as well. I know there are a ton of non-JRPGs or even non-RPGs that have bad voice acting, and I've played many.

I appologize, but you seem a bit pessimistic. =P

Well you're right about the tales series, and ff IV was ok but as you can see, alot of jrpg's that have gone slightly 3d have had a series of bad voice acting: Star Ocean 4, Infinite Undiscovery, etc...

All i'm just saying is that it's a bit too much to hope that they won't mess up the voice's for this game.

I went to Gamestop yesterday and they had a book with release dates in it. On it, I saw that Arc Rise Fantasia is to be released 11/16/09.

I highly doubt that it's true, since I just saw the released date 2/17/10. I just hope it comes out soon lol.
