... and Dot-Matrix printer are the only printers (except for type wheel printers) that can produce a carbon copy. Great for offcial forms.

With Ink & Laser you have to print always multiple copies.

And a real carbon copy is just sooo much more stylish :-)

You will not find any working ink jets from the same time period but dot matrix works.

My elementary school had (and was still using) like, 8 of those Apple printers, and a bunch of Apple ]['s in the computer lab back in the late 90's when I was going there. It got LOUD! lol

Then they upgraded to iMacs in the 2000's, but they still kept the printers! lol

I remember when I got my Panasonic 24-pin dot matrix printer to use with my Amiga 500. I thought it was the sh!t. That would have been about 1992 or so...

I remember my grandmother used a dot-matrix printer with an old Mac (I think the Macintosh SE) back in the late 90's. God, nostalgia hits!
