Kate is so phony! If it looks to good to be true, then it is. Surely, Sir Alan should have learned that as long as he's been in business. Kate definitely should've gotten the boot for her lack of true individual accomplishments throughout the series, followed by Lorraine who despite all her "instinct" wouldn't fit in with Sir Alan's businesses. But this is TV, so common sense goes out the window.

I don't understand where this idea that Debra is good came from, Week 9 they were after her blood saying she should've been fired, she puts in one decent performance in Week 10 and suddenly they think shes as good as Yasmina and Kate? Not in the same league by a long shot

Debra's firing must have been the nicest firing Sir Alan has ever done! She so should have gone through to the final instead of Yasmina, Yasmina already has her own business, he should have given Debra a chance and let Yasmina go back 2 her restaurant!

@mattan147 Debra actually lost me when she started to cry when James left. She hated the guy and cut him down at every opportunity. Her tears were clearly not for him but for herself. If you start crying in any job interview because the stress is too much, no way will you handle the pressure of the actual job.
