Yes, it's supposed to be an Ash team. If you watch any of my other videos, you'd notice that it's a combination of Pokemon from the other Ash passes that people voted on to see who would make the All-Star pass.
Why didn't you finish Kyogre with Last Resort and Fire Blast Groudon?
