Hello. I'm from São Paulo-SP, Brazil (the South America's skateboarding capital) and in the 80's I saw the fight between Cristian Hosoi and Tony Hawk for the world hegemony. In that time, sure, we only dreamed, but today, I'm very proud to know that Bob Burnquist is the 'Pelé' (the King) of the skateboarding, like the Brazilian skateboarding is on the top of the world. (unfortuneately it still not happened with the Brazilian surfboarding). PS- Sorry 4 my bad english.

Wow you can all believe it or not but i got the chance to chill with nilton neves at burnside in portland. it was around the time the dew tour was around there he's a great guy and he's way cool I talked to him and it was awesome. his skating was so stylish and his manuals are insane so is his vert.

Black Label is the shit. yeah, you'd never see mullen skatin stairs. But Nilton is such a variety skater (pools, street, banks, etc.) Nilton makes skating look so accessable whereas Rodney is like a freakin robot!

I love nilton neves sooo much. He is what street skating is about - not doing it for money but for the love of it. He is 35 and will continue doing it at a real high level for soo many more years. If you've seen him in recent comps he amazes people with some of the most original tricks out there.
