HALO II miss the feel of HALO I. The indestructible Warthog, the needler, the shotgun, the plasma grenade.

Half Life is fun with the puzzles, actually, but not the zombies.

Actually, one game that is as well-made as MOHAA is Return to Castle Wolfenstein (excluding the occult element), the weapons, the level designs (secret passages, items, puzzles), the originality of the missions.

But MOHAA is still the best.

Airborne lost in competition with MOHAA because the campaign is way too short.

Other than HALO I, MOHAA is still the best single-player FPS ever made.

Crysis, I and II, are still behind, despite the physics and graphics.

Maybe Jedi Knight II can match half of this, because of the puzzles.

No Call of Duty game ever came close, and starting with the second one, the "HALO shield" in world war II ? totally ruined the gameplay.

Rainbow Six II & III are fun in multiplayer. Splinter Cell is not a shooter. Ghost Recon I has too few enemies, II has too much tech.
