First time cleaning and seasoning of the Viking griddle

I wish I would have seen this first.....now my question is....i cooked on it with out seasoning it and everything stuck....how do i clean it now? and then do i go thru the steps to season it? Thanks Cathy

@1111Lotto You need to turn up the heat on the griddle and use a pastry blade to scrape off whatever has stuck to the griddle surface. Do not use a abrasive scrub on the griddle at anytime. After you have scraped off as much as you can, then let it cool, use a little bit of soap and water to clean it, dry with towel.

Then proceed with the normal seasoning procedure that we have put on the YouTube Video.
