the products in Islamic banking not just created by ordinary people but by the discussion from the Ulama' in majma' fiqh...and they didn't create based on their ideas but by Al-Quran, hadith and ijma' ulama'...the transaction jurisprudence is not fixed and it can change over time (based on the current situation) so its depend to you either you want halal or haram...Islamic banking just an alternative to avoid riba, and it's not perfect...sorry for my bad english

It's funny how they are defending their banks when they talk about islam. Don't they know Allah is watching. The funny thing is Sheikh Imran is observing them the whole time. Nice try talking in Bahasa Melayu to defend your banks, I think Sheikh is aware of what you are saying. So we see now that the so called Islamic Banking is just another ruse. How can the bankers do this to the people, they make me sick.

Commercial banks as we know has established and gain its acceptance at time when Islam is at its lowest peak, taken piecemeal it does not contain any islamic values.......
