Hey, I'm doing a digital painting of Taylor Lautner, but the hair is giving me problems. I did a base of black, then I put in the highlight and I'm using the smudge tool to get the hair looking spiky or whatever, but it's not doing straight or curved exactly how I want it. I only have a mouse. It's all over the place. Any tips?

I feel like she has WAAAAAY too much hair, if you took off a lot of it, she'd look gorgeous, but idk....maybe thats not what ur going for, just a suggestion though =)

hair should be more wild...wild one piece kinda too many extra strains, face more feline, shes kinda long, add a more natural pose to her(as in for her character, i cant see her in those kinda of pose)Work on your face a but more and the back, and of course always hands =) they give everyone trouble for a long time!!
