tersa ,, you always in my heart, and on my --birthday -- 8th may..i will honer your heart in my home with me and you will be with me and always, god bless you ..from me @ england,uk..xxx
Well, Mark, it's been said and it's definitely true, "Wherever there's a Chinese community, there, you'll hear Teresa's songs."
You're in Taipei now, Mark? I've never been to Taiwan. I would like to be able to visit the states some day soon, though - I've seen and heard so much about it from friends and the media.
thx so much for doing this, RIP teresa teng my fav taiwanese singer! i just heard ur songs and i love them! stupid astma attack.. if it wasnt for tht she could of live!
i love her voice when she sang japanese love songs,,,R.I.P Teresa Teng and i a glad they wrapped her coffin with taiwanese flag,,,not china flag and she will not like it!
Teresa has never been into the mainland, China, before. She was born in Taiwan but her parents are from the mainland. As long as we are on earth, wars and conflicts cannot be avoided. Things change with time and people change. Before her death, Teresa with her then boyfriend and family members had planned a concert in mainland China. She loves China, like all the Chinese throughout the world. It is the government policies that bring about conflict but these change..
@MotThoiNgangDoc68 :for your information they cover her with ROC flag, not Taiwanese flag. She was born with the flag, covered with flag she die becuase she earned it with the honor of conquering China unkowningly.
Jeremy, thank you for uploading this clip, it is very paintful to see it, I cry also with all her fans. However when I listen all her beautiful songs I feel myself that she is still alive and with her huge legacy of wonderful songs I feel that she will be with me until I go to Heaven to she her there........
Thanks again for doing this Jeremy. I wish i could tell my thoughts of what I felt when I saw her in Thailand with her French bf at the hotel in May of 95. But, what's the point. So, so long ago. I did go to that live concert of hers in Taiwan that you so kindly put on the web. It was a fantastic performance. I think that is the way I like to remember her... singing, laughing and joking.
Dear friend, you saw her at the peak of her career. You saw her before she left us. What a coincidence you were in Thailand in May, 1995. I'm glad I've met someone who's met her!
@TTLiveConcert I wish I did meet her. I only saw her in the lobby with her bf. If she was alone I would have introduced myself...then probably fainted. LOL Well not so much of a coincidence. A good friend of mine from Taiwan told me she would be there and I was in Thailand at the time so I booked that hotel just thinkiing maybe I would have a chance to say... Ni hao...to her. Thanks again Jeremy for keeping the memories alive....Mark
Mark, I like your name. It's very short and masculine. Also, it's the title one of the Gospels. I would love to have been there when you faint. Then I would help her revive you and tell you what happened. You were really "stalking" her in a very good-natured and gentlemanly manner! I'll talk to you in a personal message. Too long to write here! :-)
Thank you for sharing. I grew up listening to her voice everyday on the radio. and seeing her in newspapers, magazines and on TV. So, I feel like she's someone really close to me. God bless you!
