I personally have only once encountered a french premade in game, over 1200 games played in EUW. In those few hundred games I had EUNE I found maybe 3 games outta 50 where teammates spoke english :I

OR instead of saying ANYTHING at all, you could just pretend to be AFK for the whole select. People will dodge 99% of the time if you choose your summoners to be smite and like...ignite or something.

Since there's a fair chance you won't pick a jungler.  So yeah, easy, fairly "guiltless", and believable. I mean who wouldn't dodge after seeing a guy AFK for 5 minutes in ranked, and random like, jungle Sona?
