Is this thing pressure assisted? Has a far more powerful flush than mine does.

I know what you mean. I don't see a great deal of older ones around here either. Pretty much, all the ones I've shot videos of, are the only ones I come across. I find a lot of American Standard Cadets here.

That, I'm not sure of. I wish now I'd had checked, as well as checking the Eljer in the stall over, to see if it had the built in flush valve.

I'm not too sure where you find Mansfield at. I know in my area there's a plumbing supply; Master's Supply, that is a Mansfield dealer.
