This show was something else. I can't believe someone could RUIN the movie for this so horribly. The series is so good it had to be difficult to make the film so bad
Avatar was--and still is--one of the best GOOD shows out there. It seriously had the right mix of humor, romance, drama, emotion, friendship, etc. It was seriously the most awesome show EVER created.

Words cannot describe how amazing this show was. I spent a good part of my childhood thinking "when is the next avatar episode coming out?" No animated show, can ever, or ever will compare to this. Long Live the Avatar.

Who actually watched book 3? Most people I know were like me:sick of seeing re-runs of books 1 and 2 and missed most of Book 3 and then saw the avatar cartoon movie ending.
@the7holyswords allow me to rephrase..it was good at first, but felt rushed towards the end, and the movie felt like it came quicker than they were ready for and then resort to a poorly done way of beating the fire lord

I think it would have been better, though perhaps too mature for the target audience, if Aang had needed to overcome his aversion to killing. They started out at the pacing they needed it to be, then forced in some rushed character development episodes here and there sprinkled in...then before they knew it..they were at movie. They likely planned to be in Book 3, but was clear they needed another season under their built, and the movie proved it, complete with hax beating firelord

She's incredibly selfless which might be why when she does act selfishly she gets a lot of crap for it from fans.

When I saw the trailer for the Live action movie of Avatar in theaters, even though I saw it on the internet before, I couldn't help but get goosebumps. Why was it that I had goosebumps in the theaters watching the trailer and I didn't get in when I first saw it on the com.
I saw this trailer wen it first came out, a while ago in the theatres. IT WAS SOO COOL. And even though this is like my 10th time watching it, it dosent get old!
I know man, I love this series. Was a little dissappointed with the whole "half Season" and then the latter of Book 3, but watching this stuff/this trailer was unbearably awesome!
Aang grows hair between the end of Book 2 and the start of Book 3.

After Azula hits Aang with lighting, he becomes unconscious for a few weeks, which is why his hair grows out. He decides to keep it for a while since Group Avatar has to go undercover into the Fire Nation, and it's easier to blend in without his arrow showing.
I now recognize scenes from Chapter 1 "The Awakening" 3 "The Painted Lady" 4 "Sokka's Master" 5 "The Beach" 6 "The Avatar and the Firelord" and 10 and 11 "The Day of Black Sun" parts 1 and 2. I'm such a dork :D
There was one episode in Book Two where Aang was supposed to learn how to Firebend, but then he accidentally burned Katara, and was like "I will never Firebend again."

I know man, I love this series. Was a little dissappointed with the whole "half Season" and then the latter of Book 3, but watching this stuff/this trailer was unbearably awesome!

Aang grows hair between the end of Book 2 and the start of Book 3.
*Spoiler*
After Azula hits Aang with lighting, he becomes unconscious for a few weeks, which is why his hair grows out. He decides to keep it for a while since Group Avatar has to go undercover into the Fire Nation, and it's easier to blend in without his arrow showing.

There was one episode in Book Two where Aang was supposed to learn how to Firebend, but then he accidentally burned Katara, and was like "I will never Firebend again."
But in this one... yeah, I'll bet it'll be Iroh.

It is avatar Roku by the looks of it in a younger from. Remember that Aang can take the form of past avatars if needed in spirit or physikal form. Remeber when he was Roku and burnt roku island down?

It's awful. Nothing but realy bad dramas, really bad reality TV , kiddie shows, and anime for little kids. All the good anime is on DVDs only and get this..Anime is actually more expensive HERE than if you buy it in the states. it's like 2X the price.
