2: before arkham city, nothing was known about strange other than the fact that he was a doctor

I understand that they were just trying to give players more info about the batman-verse, but if these were supposed to be batmans criminal profiles, these two should not be there

@Assassin1922 In Medical,go to the ventalation room,look closely and you will find a newspaper talking about Firefly.As for Prometheus you look in the guard room and if you clear it of Joker gas and look around you will find a wanted poster scan it.Hope I helped.

You unlock his bio after solving a certain riddle. I believe it is the Wayne Tower riddle. "Which famous family towers over Gotham?" Or something along those lines. Head to the roof of the building in West Arkham (I think, dont take my word for it) Find a small flat space, there's a Riddler Trophy, and once zoomed in, you can snap a shot at Wayne Tower and VOILA! Bruce Wayne unlocked.
