are you kidding me, no results yet! all of this waiting is taking the fun out of this, what were your judges doing during the month of the contest? they should have been watching the videos as they were coming in! I watched them all, it really doesnt take that long, this is the first contest I have seen that closed without results, I am not expecting to win, I just want to see where I placed! whats the deal?

lol no I am still waiting for my one judge but that is okay because it gave me a chance to make up my Announcement video. I think I'll give my judge until Sunday night or I'll just go ahead and post it Monday (she works long hours during the week)

This is the Proprietors & Winemakers of Golden Beaver Winery. We finally read & viewed this contest. The deadline has passed? If the winner turned out to be a minor please be aware we would be willing to provide a Baseball Cap in that case. Would the wine go to the Second Place winner then? Choice of Baseball Caps would be either: 1) Solid Black w/ gold detailing 2) Tan w/ black brim/detailing. Both have full colour embroidered Golden Beaver Winery Logo on the front and "Oliver, BC" on the back.

Some of these vids are soooo beautiful but I know my judges will figure out which video they like the best. My judges are off of 3 continents and 5 different countries and none of them are anything alike except that they love Youtube!

copyright infringement, last month UMG, and VIACOM did a huge sweep, taking down all kinds of videos! fan made videos using a copyrighted song, and they take it down, these are the people buying the records, keeping them in business, and they treat them like this, can you believe that? I think they are abusing their rights, so I for one am going to fight them for a fair use law that works! any media that is shown on commercial television or radio should be allowed public use. that's just 1 idea

Can video footage be backdated? Winter in Minneapolis can look quite sloppy and salty... and moist. And if so, how far can it be backdated?

It can be as backdated as you want, I set no limits on your creativity - heck its all a matter of the viewer on whether they would rather see the polished and fresh look of a fresh winter snowfall or the relaxed and open view of a beach in the summertime. You can do anything you want with this.
