What the sponge does is put black specs on the shield (permanently). And the card just puts permanent scratches on the shield SO THAT THING THEY SAY ON THE BOX IS A LIE YOU WILL NEED MORE THAN ONE SHIELD AFTER APPLYING. Maybe I get different materials cuz I live in New York????

no it doesnt, it actually works really well, i had mine for several months before it actually got ran over by a car. and still the plastic kept the glass together. I highly recommend this product, the only catchy thing is the installation, please leave the phone 12 hrs before using cuz the glue must dry or whenever u stick it in your pocket or where u put is gonna get the edges dirty!

I'm using the Rebel serpent and it just lifts, as brandon said, it is annoying to remove, also I do not like putting the liquid on the phone. Its not worth purchasing guys, just use the ones that come with your cases. Its a gimmick seriously. I just want to chuck it in the trash right now, I have wasted so much time trying to fix it and make it work but even with it on the screen is pixely and looks crap and feels crap..

Randomrazr, its perfect so far. After 4 days the front were perfect. Realy invisible. Hard to notice. The back had some bubbles and I did what Mopar said: sharp razor to cut (look below) and the bubbles disappear.
Now the iPhone seems like have a rubber coat. Almost nobody notice the shield and it gives a great protection.
Dont complain: I paid US$ 800 for my 3g 16 gb iPhone (no S) and 50 for the Zagg. If your first zagg dont work buy another one. Its worth.

griffin reveal case, its a hybrid hard plastic and silicin siding. look it up. i use it, its thebst case. inexpensive (compared to other cases) and has a transparent back, meaning u see the back of ur iphone
problem is the clear plastic scratches easily. but wont like disrupt the view of the back of ur iphone. i dont care about that , but u might but i doubt it should bother you
its a hybrid one as well. i havent given the candy shell a try yet but i think u should go with the candy shell or atleast check it out at the store first.

Its not so easy like seems in this video. I spent one hour to install mine. And still remain a lot of imperfections and little bubbles. They said these problems disappear after 2-3 days.
Paid $20! It's hard to install... I ended up pulling it and it stretched out. Other brands I've used will include at least 2 spares in case you screw up.
It says it has a LIFETIME warranty. That's after you pay $4 for shipping (which surely would cover all their costs for a new one), and pay full price for a new one. Then mail out the old one for a refund, which would be a peace of shriveled plastic by the time you pull it off your iphone. Gets even better... you have to pay to mail it to them.

I received my iphone and macbook pro zaggs yesterday. I watched all videos here on youtube and read alot of comments before starting the project. Well, for all people that is saying it sucks, imo, it doesnt. I was so terrified by what i read that i was about to return my purchase. So i installed the front yesterday, just to see how it comes out. It looks great. Then today i started on the macbook bottom and will do the top lid tomorrow. After i finished with the mb, i installed the back on

Just peel the film and spray it as you peel and take your time not to let it touch and stick to itself. once the film is out, spray it entirely again and place it on the iphone. while this is wet you'll have room to adjust. they are good, but theres really no way to tell if they protect against scratches. i took me IS off yesterday, and saw that i had scratches all over the back of my 3G...
had it for my new macbook pro. it made it look way to glossy and was really awkward to put on so i took it off.

the iphone. As every1 says it is a pain it is not. Just peel the film and spray it as you peel and take your time not to let it touch and stick to itself. once the film is out, spray it entirely again and place it on the iphone. while this is wet you'll have room to adjust. For the back, squeeze the excess water out and dont worry about molding the corners. i saw on the official video, let it sit for a few minutes(i also used a hair drier on low) to help. then try to mold, tk a break n do it aga

You can, just make sure that when you buy the InvisibleSHIELD buy the back set only.

they are good, but theres really no way to tell if they protect against scratches. i took me IS off yesterday, and saw that i had scratches all over the back of my 3G...

had it for my new macbook pro. it made it look way to glossy and was really awkward to put on so i took it off.
but it is strong and pretty cool, easy to put on the small pieces so should be easy on a iphone i will defiantly get one of my iphone when the next gen is out.

OK since you've started reading this its too late to stop. in 2001 a 15 year old girl was killed in a clearing in scotland. nobody knows who or what killed her but there is scratch marks all over her body and she looks horrific. she is said to roam around the world and can go 2 places at once. if you dont post this comment on 5 other videos or websites in ten minutes she will suddenly attack you and kill you in some gruesome way. this is scary coz it happened to my friend. please.

whats your guess on the iphone? if u put aside the tech aspect, im guessing 10 bucks for materials and 5 for assembly. then the packaging, also 15 bucks. 30 dollars a phone.

the iphone is already scratch proof! u have to drop it just to break it or scratch it! that "nick" was nothing. there is plenty of videos that show the tough test for the iphone. check it out. and stop talking so much!

I purchased three products from Zagg, including an iPhone cover, two of three did not fit, and the company refuses to refund my money. After waiting two weeks for shipping, the parts arrived. Two did not fit at all: The iPhone case was cut wrong, and the watch cover was way too small. I called and complained; they sent new ones. The new ones are also wrong. Zagg refuses to return my money, but they want me to return their products at my expense and receive nothing in return. What a scam!

Ordered, received but no nice packaging, NO installation stuff at all. NO response to their "contact us" website. Had to phone & the cheapskates sent me the packaging ONLY!!
Sorry but all these glowing reports...rubbish!
By the way you can't scratch the new iTouch/iPhone with anything but diamond!!

nice carlos. i'm really excited to see your next video. actually i was really puzzled whether i should get the invisibleSHIELD or bodyguardz but i ended up buying bodyguardz. i purchased my bodyguardz on the 11th, and i'm still waiting for them to come in. so since you bought invisibleshield and i got bodyguardz we could do a cross review between both and compare. i'm gonna post videos of me installing the bodyguardz so yeah, look for those. can't wait!
