Hello, I'm actually really impressed with your work. I'm also wanting to become an Architect and I've also made some models but not as good as yours. I have a question, where do you get your materials from? And what did you use to record the timelapse? If that's is any tips to a good model making please do tell them I would really much appreciate it, and good luck on your next projects.
Theta angle cutter is designed to cut up to 1/5 inch thick corrugate paper, foam board, rubber, or styrofoam in 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 degree safely. It is an excellent tool for architect models, science projects, and arts & crafts projects. The suggested retail price of Theta angle cutter is just $24.99.

quite a nice model but if you want it to look more profesional you need to use other materials like acrylic and if you have access to a laser machine it will help you with the fine details and give it a much more realistic look.
are there models ever made where u can take off the roof to look indept at each floor? hmm i want to minor in architure but i need a portfolio. i dont know what to put in my portfolio though, any advice?
Wow - that's a lot of work for a foam board "throw away" model! (And they DO throw them away in architects' offices.) Nice timelapse; that takes patience!
WOW

@marcusenberg84 I made this for a school project, with access to nothing besides hot glue and an art store. But thanks for the tips.

I hot glued them onto the ramps. It was easy. Near the end and in a couple shots you can see the hot glue gun.
