I'm still not sure; there were 2 lights that are not visible on this video. One was at the top and the other was at the bottom. The one at the bottom was off center. It appeared there were two bright objects at either end. It was interesting ... which is why I recorded it. Curious ....

Its an air plane. Sometimes do to differences in moister levels and temperature they make small or short intermittent contrails.
