Create free ringtones for iphone in Windows 7

i dont have the m4a extension at the end either, it shows up on properties as (.m4a), but when type the m4r ext nothing happens... HELP

@godfather1268 Just have to go Control panel, Appreance and Personalization, Folder options, View, under Advanced Settings, uncheck "Hide extention for known file types"/ this solved the issue for me!

If you cant find it on your phone, make sure that its in the ringtone section under devices! And then sync it :)
