I've read it but based on the established cinema and tv shows, I don't believe the klingons would reignite hostilities. The whole story feels contrived, only there to set up a plot for a game.

@spontaneoussam2 I didn't buy it. The federation and the klingon empire have been through too much (Dominion War) to just end up fighting each other again.

Makes as much sense as the U.S. and Great Britain going to war in the post-WWII era. Sure, they used to be mortal enemies but they've grown over time and forged a strong alliance.

It is a verbal faux pas from the JJ Abram's staff. Klingons, specifically, Klingons of that time period flew cruiser types not called warbirds. Klingon Birds Of Prey were created for Star Trek 3 with the intent of it being a captured Romulan vessel. The Romulans operate Warbirds according to Next Generation canon. Abram's staff did not take it into account when writing the movie, and the same goes for the game writers too. It is not a copyright issue. Just one of the many errors of the franchise

I dunno why they are not mentioning putting this out for xbox 360 and ps3 as well as pc. They are missing out on more money coming in. If they put it out for consoles as well, it will cut down the price of having to pay to play each monh on a pc, and the xbox subscription could partly cover the costs, and a minor fee for playstation would sufice. Even console haters cant complain with that - getting to play an awesome game for less money has got 2 be a good thing right?

this is a game made to BE good, not to LOOK good. the graphics are decent, not the high standard al other games have, but atleast the gameplay beats all those graphical-high-standard games by 10x.

this game is going to be great, no matter what direction you turn and look at it, its going to be just epic.

The graphics look pretty good to me. Another guy on here says you can wear any era style of uniform. Ill be wearing Tos or Ent era I think. Ill be playing a Vulcan too for sure. :)

Personally, Its the game play and the story that matters the most to me. I don't care **** about graphics. Also, you are aware that this game is in its early beta stages? Of course the graphics ain't going to be that great. But if what we see in this video is an example of the graphics we will see in game when it comes out, then yes, I will have to agree that the graphical standards will be lower then that of the games we currently see in the market.

I don't see how people are not going to play the game just because you have to pay monthly. Be reasonable, you don't honestly expect they will just issue the game out for free now? If you expect them to continue upgrading the game and making it better of course they will need to charge monthly. Besides is it that bad, the monthly charges? 20 bucks a month.
