  • You could break it up into 8-12 reps and complete all the exercises and then do as many complete sets as you can, or you could do one massive set doing the maximum on each exercise. Intensity and good form are the key to getting great results.

  • How many reps of each am i suppose to do? or is this a do as many as you can?
