  • @MegaShark52 you should see a doctor man, it could be serious!

  • @maxrieser haha not what i ment

  • wow thats so raawww, this is why i love guitar there so many tricks and setups you can use to mezmorize people and embellish your playing

  • Hey! what kind of guitar is this?

  • Sounds more like an F1 car accelerating.

  • also reminds me of crazy by joe satriani

  • sounds fun....

  • What pedals/amps/settings should be used for optimal results???

  • dude what kinda bridge is that :D thats not a stratocaster bridge

  • @iamdjdean its a floyd rose system, , where have you been??

  • @kochiyose12 oh i never new you could get floyde rose stratocaster you can cant you or not

  • @iamdjdean it is around my friend ;) i have mine, fender RSS

  • When ever I try this I dont do it right, what tuning is this?

  • Kickstart my heart best use of this EVER!!!

  • sounds like a 2 stroke

  • Kickstart my heart!

  • Makes practicing scales much cooler :D

  • that would probably be what a dirt bike sounds like when you're on acid, haha

  • @TheJNNProduction

LOL I came up with this when I was around 10... there was alot of dirt bikes riding around the neighborhood at the time.

  • @DiscoverGuitarOnline Im guessing you were the kid that would jump behind your fence where noone could see you then yell LISTEN TO MY BIKE REV.

other kids: IT sounds like hes going fast but he sounds like he is still in the same spot...

:D This is actually a fun trick I use to do when I got my first floyd rose.

  • @DiscoverGuitarOnline

that was good but i actually found that it sounds better with a little more texture and using artificial whammy pedals instead of the real deal

  • @cminormusician This really wasn't that serious an attempt to sound authentic. It's just something I made up when I was about 10, and I was half joking when I posted it in the 1st place. Besides I don't have a whammy pedal. Thanks for that tip though.

  • Now do a V8 Dodge!

  • @DiscoverGuitarOnline just one question, how do you change gear? mine only sounds like it's on the same gear

  • 50cc. bike??? or a lost bee?? haha, joke, amazing dude

  • @metallicCenturion

    LOL

there were alot of dirt bikes in the area when I was a kid.

    & thanks =)

  • lol sounds live a crotch rocket good stuff

  • wow i figured this out playing around one day lol

  • Nice, is it only for a guitar with floyd rose?

  • @zeromaverickhunter11 thats not a floyd rose buddy. thats a fender tremelo

  • @projectspillman2

actually it's a Floyd tremelo on a Fender guitar.

  • @DiscoverGuitarOnline yea i figured that out after i seen the locking nut

  • @zeromaverickhunter11 yeah basically. i mean you could do it with a stock fender style whammy but your tuning would be out after doing it

  • @urworstnightmare22

    yup it would.

  • Thats awesome man

  • I think that guitar is a Fender Stratocaster Plus??? Those came standard with a metal nut, Gold Lace Sensor pick ups, and locking tuners. Late 80s to early 90s model? Vintage white?

  • @jas68maro

na, it's not a Strat plus, though I do remember those. Never liked the lace sensors much tone wise.

This is an 83 standard strat. Someone had the floyd installed before I bought it.

  • it be funny if hes making that sound with his voice lol

  • MAN i wish I had whammy, I have Esp ltd Viper-50...

  • @DaAzisum Well mine is a LTD M-50 how's that

  • oh and are you pulling because i dont have a floating bridge so i cant pull up only dives

  • @kingkonaha

You can do this without pulling up on the bar.

  • so your just striking the string with your finger with the floyd rose half way down and the slowly let up on the whammy right

  • sick

  • I've made a video with a new floyd rose trick, check it out in my videos and comment. thanks. good playing btw

  • Fuck i Can't wait to get my guitar with Floyd Rose :(((

  • that was cool.....

  • too bad my whammy bar broke.

  • Cool! Now I Can Do That on my New guitar IBANEZ RG SERIES I BOUGHT IT 3WEEKS AGO.. ALL THE Harmonics Technique sweettt!!!!!

  • Is that floyd rose tremolo that you have on the strat dude? D'you think it'd fit into a a yamaha pac112j? Thx

  • @mccartn3y

yeah it is. You could probably have Floyd installed on it, but it may cost nearly as much as the actual guitar. I would check with a tech at your local guitar shop.

  • can someone tell me how to do this

    I dont get it

  • hahah

  • 'wow, If I could do this, I'd get laid more' . Is this what anybody else is thinking, or is it just me? :)

  • @jamesjonesrocket na its bought of us pall lol

  • mine isn't making any sounds.. something wrong? i'm sure i installed it correctly.. mines is a screw in with white tip

  • @left4party you need alot of substain by the way

  • I get it

  • wat guitar

    is he using

  • @Uzamaki1995 --A Fender Stratocaster or a knock-off of a Fender.

  • @TheCaseRoc

    1983 fender standard strat

  • @Uzamaki1995 fender

  • When I do it, mine sounds like a Harley. I go so low the strings hang off the fret board.

  • that sounds like a cat being ran over by a mongoose

  • wow, how much horse power? rpm?

  • strat with a floyd rose? sick!

  • That was sick!

  • THAT SOOO COOL!

  • That is one Sexy guitar.

  • holy...

  • man im jealous of that guitar... is it a fender strat with floyd rose bridge?

  • nice, totaly wan to try that, but i have only push down.

  • like the intro to "kickstart my heart" by motley crue.

  • @taranchula97

    Yep, and a few others.

  • @taranchula97 and the part be for the solo on from here to eternity my iron maiden

  • @taranchula97 Ripped of from Ronny Montrose "bad motor scooter" on album "Montrose"

  • @taranchula97 Love that song...

  • @taranchula97 yup . . . as I recall reading later, Mick Mars did that by dropping the 3 lowest strings

  • hahaha thats pretty cool dude!

  • queeeeeeeeee bien qtocasssssssssssss, soynuevo en youtube te gusta mi guitar solo?

  • that was awsome

  • thats so cool man nice job

  • begining of kick start my heart s the first thing that comes to mind

  • cool!

  • Is this the same sound used on the intro to Meat Loaf's "...Anything for Love?"

  • lol epic

  • not much to do with the vid,but ive heard great things about ibanezs' floating trems.some even say theyre better than german floyd originals.idk though never compared them.

  • If you lower the tuning to like dropped C, you'll have a Harley between your fingers! :D

  • hehe it does sound like it lol xD

  • @makman7900 i think it was jimmi hendrix who first did it....but DAMN!he did it so good,if you hadn`t actually seen him you wouldn`t have been able to tell if it`s a guitar or motorcycle

  • fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk wickkkkkkkkkkkked

    damn thats awesome

    cheeeeeeers.

  • AWESOME

  • thats awsome!!

  • lol

  • thats so sick!!!

  • what kind of amp effect/amp/pedal are you using?

  • jaja, awesome trick

  • cool trick XD

  • so sweet

  • la madre que te echó xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • ahh...dude fricken cool

  • lol thats kool XD

  • sounds like a KZ

  • been doing this for years on our song "thunderhead".

  • they should use that in moto gp

  • i just got a shecter hell raiser with the floyd rose bridge. and anyone who is skeptical bout paying extra for the locking system dont be it is worth every penny

  • can someone help me my tremolo arm feels way to tight when i put it in, is this normal and are there different size whammy bars

  • maybe ur bridge is not up for the job? A floyd rose locking tremolo is the best system to perform this sound. If u have a standard fender strat bridge then u can adjust the spring in the back of the guitar body. U can lower the tension by unscrewing them slightly. Let a guitar tech do this though so you wont fuck it up :D

  • dude i shoulda bought my first guitar witha floyd rose locking tremolo system but instead i'm buying a floyd rose guitar as my 5th guitar

  • Im getting a floyd rose guitar for my 2nd guitar

  • who said its a floyd rose?

and floyd rose bridges can be fit onto practically any guiar, you just need a router to cut the shape.

Khaler make imho the best floating bridges, Lookup kerry kings signature BC rich. The expensive one not a cheap one.

  • @deicidalmaniac ITS A FLOYD

  • It is actually a Floyd. Regarding Kramer VS Floyd.... it's really a matter of preference. Personally, I like the Floyd Rose best. (at least compared to the Khaler I used to have on my old SG)

  • @DiscoverGuitarOnline KRAMER vs Floyd? You mean Kahler.

  • It's spelled "Kahler", not "Khaler"

  • you cancutr any guitar and put anypickup in or make tho whole smaller duh

  • never heard of a strat with a floyd? have you ever heard of iron maiden?

  • The Sambora model had a Floyd too.

  • omg, that's amazing! I want an electric guitar with a whammy bar now!!!

  • awesome!

  • yeah you can lol i just hear my friend do it with out a floyd rose

  • Never know when that might come in handy!

  • @StinkingHombre haha

  • is it a strat with a floyd? never seen that whaha pretty hot tho xD

  • They're selling on Sweetwater for $700. =P

  • Check out Iron Maiden.

  • thts one kickass motorcycle

  • should be called chain saw trick

  • are you mick mars?

  • my whammy bar broke. what should i do?

  • it left a piece inside the guitar so i cant screw it back in.

  • buy a new guitar! xD

  • whta kind of amp settings???? please help!

  • Distortion...that's about it.

  • what about those 3 rings by the neck of the guitar? what are those called and what do they do???

  • All of these 3 rings are press 1 "Blocker" down on 2 strings.

So, if you work with your whammy bar, your guitar isn't out of tune!! ;)

    google it.

    I can't explain it very good ^^

  • called a locking nut

just hold the strings in place.

they dont help with whammy bar squeals

  • their called locking tuners. all guitars with a floyd rose have those so the guitar doen't go out of tune.

  • @Blink182PunkRocker Lots and lots of distortion man.

  • Wow i can do it to make it easier you just need to put to fingers to mute the first two strings then strike the 3rd sting to make the sound then let er rip!

  • wot a cool idea to have as an 80's rock intro ,hmm may use it somehow if its ok with u, (and ill upload the song ones its done). anyway its a cool idea. : )

  • Now make brake section

  • Dammit!!! why does everyone forget to use turn signals!!!?? lol :)

  • how far does the arm have to go in? my tremolo arm doesnt go that far down

  • how many gears did that thing have, hahahahaha

  • That's what's used in the Kickstart my Heart song by Mötley Crue right?

  • More or less. Same idea

  • can u do it on a epiphone

  • you can do it on any model of any brand if you have a tremelo arm (whammy bar) distortion and some guitar skill

  • @dingmadur its used to start many songs, Kirk hammett does something cooler though he uses a slide bar it sound way better

  • wow that's awesome!
