@sk8pwner9 i know this is late lol, but most likely due to the fact that wi-fi signal weakens with every object it hits, i'm guessing it has to go through at least 2-3 floors? this will weaken the signal dramatically. even more so if the signal has to travel through any other objects such as tables etc.
