For all of you haters out there, I train deadlift and have studied it extensively, and although there is always room for improvement of technique (and that goes for EVERYONE), this guy's form is actually quite good. Near professional actually. He sets up nicely. Drops his butt, achieves full extension of the arms before pulling, and then pulls, with little to no rounding of the back. He does lack explosion, but the point is that his form very good.
A bit stiff-legged, but your back looks fine. Next time just try to get "under" it more and push it up with your legs instead of lifting it like a crane.
@some5672 It is considered appropriate form to drop weight on heavy deadlifts due to the enormous amount of strain on the lumbar spine/spinal erectors. That most gyms have the don't-drop-weights rule is because the easily intimidate complained. Please, drop the weight in this case.

his back wasnt that bended... only slight bent on the lowerback and upper back bending causes no injury

I lift exactly like that, except i dont use a belt (totally raw), but only 429.9lb. I only weigh 198lb though. Nice lift man.
