When you do the mill circle have your thumbs on the bar and push up and then do it. Also change your hand position when your coming up.

@leahdevaney her real name is Julianna, but as a nickname we used to call her Anna Grace. But it didn't stick because her brother started calling her Annie and that's what stuck!

Awesome is an understatement. I so love the way Annie works hard to achieve everything she is doing. For a 5 year old she is so clued up on what she is trying to do too, it was so sweet to hear her answering the questions at the end, perhaps a future commentator on gymnastics when she finally has to retire from the sport? But I hope Annie has a long time in gymnastics and goes a long way to achieve her dream what ever they may be in the future. Go Annie, Go Annie, Go....... yea
