1. Strengthen local bodies to run their schools, hospitals and create proper business environment that attracts investors and eradicates poverty locally.

2. Make all minerals, mines and resources property of local bodies. i.e 70% of profit made from minerals and waters should go to local bodies.

3. State govt should work towards executionary aspects, protection of rights of every individuals, legal system implementation, manage commonwealth especially highways, roads, higher education (mostly private) and implement regulatory and ofcourse collect taxes.
