the fizzing is the sound of air -when the gas pedal is lifted- passing thru the exhaust flexible....i had the same problem when i went from cats to straight down pipes so i had to remove the flexies...the fizzing is gone but you can feel the vibration of the whole exhaust in the car... :(

Not a fan of Greddy on V6 cars. They sound better with plenty other things. Such as Flowmaster and it would be cheaper.

Borla is best (in my opinion) for 350's. But its expensive... then again, so is greddy.

Greddy is good for 4 cylinders, gives them a deep sound but sometimes sounds raspy on V6s

I know a bunch of G35 & 350Z owners who have and love the Borla system. I also think it sounds amazing, among the best actually. Along with Fast Intentions, Stillen & Nismo. In my opinion of course ;)

That would be condesation.

An MSD ignition would improve his gas mileage, and help burn extra fuel to an extent, but if that was unburnt fuel then he would need to tune his fuel system, and advance his timing some more.

well make sure you get a TRUE cold air intake, i bought a K&N typhoon complete kit, doesnt suck from under the hood (like most "hot air intakes") and exhaust is really up to you, most greddy ones have that ricey sound, borla and magnaflow sound muscle car-ish. A plenum spacer is a must, but the skunk2 requires removal of the strut brace!!!

This probably is the best sounding exhaust in my opinion. Sounds real clean, not to loud, but sportier than the stock exhaust. It also seems to look much more nicer from the back. Headers would probably make it much louder. Intake would might make it too loud.

NISMO! i have one with hfc's and love the sound. ppl on the street love the sound lol. ive heard a bunch in person and the nismo shits on all of them. nismo&borla are close. only attractive part of the borla is its a true dual. so your choices should be between nismo and the evo2. i have a roadster so the evo2 is a little too loud for me (nismo is louder than you think) best bet would be to go to a nissan track day and find cars so you can judge in person. good luck!
