And often when im in the show ring a Idiot with a dobe will turn their male face to face cause they want a better stack. So i simply cover thier eyes to block eye contact in limited space.Done this 1,000 of times, NO issue

Dogs are indivduals , breeds can have specific traits and yet each dog is its own quirks.

THIS IS A Central Asian shepherd, they have killed wolves intent on eating livestock for thousans of years. Yes LGDS can die when they take on a wolf pack alone. These dogs are only as good as the team they work with.

They are bigger than wolves bigger bones and head looser skin and crop dock results in less injuries when engaged

LOL wis but no NOT Tm his dad had color oF TM and the CAS and the TM go back to the same time along the silk route at one point they were thej same dog. BUt today due to inbreeding the TM is a self producing purebred and the CAS is a landrace varied type

Thank u, regards to #1 guard dog The CO has the word aggressive to strangers in the standard where the CAS has distrust of strangers.

But I want a guard dog that can go any where with me and guard me with 40,000 people present. My idea of a good guard dog is a dog that can determine what really is a threat and be in public.

And I am thank full we do not have the popualrity of the BSL image that the CO has.

Leonbergers and Tibetan mastiffs look like this dog, but those breeds have nothing on the CAO in working, they're just big pets while this is a real dog, a working dog. What an amazing animal.

In addition since this is a pure CAS from aboriginal WORKING lines, the CAS have BEAR- Hyeana- and tiger on their list of predators they were bred to protect for... Since teh CAS come from over 7 different countries and climites Siberia to Iran to Afghanistan.

Central Asians descend from the Caucasian Shepherd, which is the purebreed, and WAY more aggressive and bigger than the Central Asian.

And contrary to what you said, Caucasians were bred to protect against packs of wolves, not bears. But I suppose it could take on bears too, given its extreme power, aggression and size.

Okay. You might be right about Caucasians and Central Asians having DISTINCT descent.

But, you're wrong about fighting dogs though. Russians use Caucasians as a fighting dog, because Caucasians, ON AVERAGE, are much stronger, durable, and more aggressive than Central Asians.

In fact, Caucasian is the most aggressive dog in the world, hence Westerners refusing to risk adopt a Caucasian.

Ask any Russian fighting dog breeder or any member of the Russian military.
