We've had two sams now one rescue and one from a breeder they are great dogs. You need to understand the breed to own them but ours have been easy to raise and train. We have a six foot fenced in yard. We keep them with us in the house we walk them several times per day and with this attention they are good and happy dogs. They don't smell are easy to keep clean (groomer once a month) and they love people. I would not consider another breed.
I hope you know what you are getting into with a Samoyed. They are difficult to own, although very sweet and gentle dogs. They require a lot of attention.
I wouldn't recommend you keep her off leash until you are certain you can trust her. They are notorious for their independence and hard headedness. Off leash training requires a lot of diligence and absolute firmness.
LIsten, I don't tend to respond to vulgar stupid people like you, but what I said was true. I did Samoyed dog rescue for 10 years. I put 20 animals through rescue. They are a very difficult animal to own, which is why I was doing dog rescue for them - they are abandoned all the time.
Samoyeds are special dog, and they require a special and dedicated owner.
so cute and very smart dog :)

I think you simply just can't get a better present than a dog for your birthday, that would be impossible
