i got one of these im doing up myself, i spent $4500 on it just to find out later that the machnic bent the damn crankshaft somehow! knock knock on the engine i was devo, as soon as i find a new crank ill be back on the road with it its been doorment for 6 years in the garage new paint job and all!

My concourse standard 1976 929 four door was " rear-ended" by a bus.

It was repaired but was never quite the same!

The Capella and RX-2 are now becoming collectors' items if the are clean and straight.

Very nice resto job but a really shame what happened hope you find another one so you can start it again. I'm on the case of finding my first car it was an old beetle which I had when I was 17 still think about it every time I see one drive past one day I hope to have it back in the family.
