  • Muito loko esse som, demais msm !!!!

  • Deep Heat. classic albums which I still have all the tape cassette albums

  • I worked at Butlins in the summer '90 and this was the last tune to be played in the club every night. Fucking classic!

  • what a tune bobbys bar summer 1990, those were the days, frankie knuckles, hippy chick and the bloody world cup song!!!!!! 20 years ago i feel so old

  • @MrGino555 bobby's bar tenerife??

  • esta canção é muito linda... esta em meu case! rsssrr

  • Just a bit gay.

  • Don't care for this version - the Waterboys' was much better. This fellow has a grating and unsustained voice. Also, the mix is very derivative and unoriginal. I'm fine with cover versions, but this isn't a good one. Having said that, if someone likes this, it doesn't mean they have bad taste, it just means we don't agree.

  • I used to play the guts out of this when I DJ'd in the early 90's. Terrible video, first time I've seen it. Thanks for posting though.

  • i was the dj at Bobbys that played it.. tune !!!

  • This is a top remix. Much better than the dreary original! I first heard it in Aug 1990 in the old Bobbys bar in Tenerife. Those were the days!!

  • @simonnh1 i was there Aug 90 remember Bobbys bar and this track very well.......good times

  • i'd never heard this version. its totally sterile theres nothing even remotely good about it. some covers should never be made, i hope i never hear this again!

  • you obviously dont know anything about 80s and 90s music and its progression, this song was a huge dance hit back then so dont come with your stupid small minded comment...you sound like a 12year old

  • as a musician myself i know a fair bit about music thanx. since when was it small minded to voice an opinion? especially when i have just cause to comment on it. as far as i'm concerned the 90s was the worst decade for music and this track proves it. i'm surprised mike scott (the writer of the song) allowed such a travesty to be released, but the pull of money was too strong i suppose

  • what so you play an "instrument" as opposed to "programming a sound"...so what? yeah so obviously this song wouldnt go down well with The Waterboys fans but IT DID work for ALOT of the general public who liked easy listening feel good music!

you shouldnt be so quick to judge a song before doing your homework cos the fact of the matter is, if it was such a shit remake, radio wouldnt of played it at all & it was on heavy rotation when it came out!

  • doesn't say a lot. in general the music buying public are morons anyway. did you ever hear crazy frog? case and point!!!

  • I take it youre not a dancer cos if you were, you wouldnt hate this song so much. I actually heard this version before I heard the original..yeah I know crazy aye but nothing will ever top the waterboys moon ill give you that..

  • lol i can agree with you on that! thanks for the debate tho! usually they end up in petty name calling and what not. we'll have to agree to disagree on everything else!

  • chris, i know they written the original song, i just prefer this version. ok i might of been a little harsh saying is sucks. but its a little slow for my taste, the bassline in his one is quality didn't mean to upset ya dude...

  • the waterboys version fuckin sucks big time, this is my favorite song of all time, took me 5 years to get an original copy of the ep. MINT!!!!!!

  • The Waterboys didn't do a 'Version' they did the original, wrote the song and made it what it is... If you say this is your favourite song and you don't know that, well... i'm speechless

  • god how could one band take a song and strip it of all its passion and feeling? an absolute waste of space of a cover of a celtic masterpiece

  • prick

  • Comment removed

  • possibly the best way of raping a good song

  • Shit, this takes me back. I first heard this tune on my deep heat 7 compilation (on tape kids!). The 90's were fucking brilliant.

  • Me too! The Deep Heat series was the ultimate in dance compilations back then. :-)

  • Hey. Who are these guys? What happened to that hot rockin' group that did "Chain of Fools"? Wow, I wouldn't even know what category these guys fall into. No disrespect, but maybe you should give the rockers their name back.

  • Sensacional !!!! Lembro-me da época da PlayHouse....eu tinha essa música em um vinil promocional..

    Show de Bola !!!!!!!!

  • Where can i buy that red shirt?

  • Yeah... What was I thinking Dan! LOL.

  • fantastico! obrigado! tnkx to this great song! ParabénS!!
