@TheDarthEddie Very true but it's never really good to spend that long talking about a item for that long on a vid cause then people will get bored & not watch it or other vids again.

@Nabil6901 Yeah, that's true. Someone on YouTube posted a ten- or eleven-minute review of Darth Maul about a month ago. It's all very detailed and cool...you can tell the dude really loves and appreciates the figure. But I see your point. Best to keep reviews to five or less unless you're talking about more than one character . =0)

Hey Nabil! Scored extra copies of every figure in the TPM Wave *except* Darth Maul. Still have just the one of him. Man, has he been a real pain in the butt to find! The new wave is showing up almost everywhere but minus Maul. I have strong reason to believe that local scalpers have been swooping in and grabbing all the Mauls so they can jack the price up to fifteen, twenty or more dollars each. We were warned this might happen. Have you seen any more Mauls in the last few days?

@TheDarthEddie I feel your pain my friend, but to be honest yes I found Maul at my local Target yesterday. Only 1 of course but at least I found him. The thing is I agree with you I think scalapers are taking him just to make a profit since he is the best figure in the whole wave so naturally they're gonna get the best figure & sell him on ebay or amazon... if I find another one I'll let u know.

@Nabil6901 Thanks, bro. But to be honest I just saw an unpunched Maul MOC on eBay for about ten bucks plus shipping and handling. I think if I can't find another one in the next few days I'll just buy him from eBay. I'm already paying ten bucks plus change for a Vintage figure. A few more won't be that much of a difference, especially since we're talking about Maul here. He's probably gonna be the hardest to find for a long time and my patience has worn thin. LOL! =0)

@Nabil6901 I bought the unpunched MOC Maul last night. It cost only ten dollars plus $3.47 s&h, so he ended up costing only $2.98 more than he would have if I had bought him at Target or Toys 'R' Us here in Virginia. He'll be shipping in the next day or two, so yeah...I'm getting my second Maul! I remember just a few weeks ago most of the Vintage Mauls on eBay were going for thirty or forty bucks, and that didn't include shipping! Those prices were just completely stupid and insane!

Your right about those prices I mean think about it,it is Darth Maul 2nd coolest Sith lord after Vader & he's just such an awesome character so to have him on a Vintage card it's something every collector would want! I'm sure the value on the figure will be a lot someday,especially if u get Ray Park to sign it. He's just such a great fig that I think Maul is my top 3 fav VC figs that I own!

Great haul man! They've hit shelves everywhere! I only had to go to my local TRU yesterday and I picked up Darth Maul (TVC) and Ben Quadinaros as well as the phase II Clone trooper and Commander Cody. :) keep up the great work!

Here's my ratings for the figures in the wave: Anakin A, Obi-Wan B-, Battle Droid A-, Daultay B+, Quinlan B, Sidious A-, Maul A+, Qui-Gon B, Queen B-, Rats A, Quadinarous A+, Naboo Guard A.

Of all the new figures that aren't repacks, the new Amidala is the most boring to me but even she warrants a grade of a B-. There's not a single figure in this entire wave that I'd give a grade of a C or lower...it's simply the best wave in almost an entire year.

Great review of these two figures, man! I myself have managed to score the entire wave between my local Target and a couple of friends who scored the figures I couldn't find myself. Though Obi-Wan is a straight repack with just one extra accessory(the communicator)he's still neat and comes on a very sweet cardback, and Anakin is one of my all-time favorite prequel figures of the character, blowing most of the other Jake Lloyd action figures out of the water. Solid figures the both of them! =0)

Sorry to say, but this Wave is a bit over-rated! It's great seeing how Phantom Menace figures are FINALLY being produced as vintage, as well as having a large number which was neglected for awhile...but I'm actually more excited for the new Clone Wars figures as well as seeing them actually produced for Vintage! Live-action style Ahsoka and Rex?! Awesome! Qui-Gon Jinn...eh, cool but I'd rather move on!
