@hseegreen Thanks man, my album is available on my website, nathantreadgold . com, which includes this song and 5 other originals, also 2 arrangements. The tab is also available.
this song is realy good nathan! inspired by tight trite night right?^^ because it remindes me of some structures of this song, but it has also something special, and the title match totaly to the melodie!
Im a guitarist and i wonder, why do you use DADGAD tuning. Does it make the chords more simple? I dont think i ever see you play full chords, only using one or 2 fingers usually.
I basically use altered tunings in my compositions because i believe its give you more creativity and that i can forget about the theory side and just play what i hear in my head and also use it to experiment a lot. Never got to Pernambuso is a song in standard that i play of don's and it uses lots of 'proper' chords (13ths min9ths 11ths etc) thanks dude,
I hear ya with the "hear in my head". Thats what music is all about man. I try to expand my theory knowledge simply because it helps, but playing guitar naturally like you are is a true skill. Im curious how you came up with that tapping section of this song. Did you just play the melody of notes, than convert it into tapping? it seems much more confusing than it probably is. Impressive.
fucking shit maaaan, this is great. i love that bluesy stuff you pull off there. there's that rhytm and melody that puts you right up with barone, ross, forastiere and company. keep doing this :)
hey listen nathan, i know a good guitar player when i see one. keep writing songs like this and you will be one of my favorite guitar player up there with andy mckee, don ross, and antoine dufour

Awesome tune Nathan.
The way you use sound really is really quite something special. The Bass/Harmonic section you go to after the open section is just sublime.
