I'm not sure rather this really deletes the applications or just remove the shortcut from the main screen of your iPhone.

Try this:

1. Install an application and;

2. Then delete it;

3. Then go back to the same page where you once downloaded it an notice that the button where there once was writen "Download" now sais "ALREADY INSTALLED".

(Mail, calender, photos, contacts, youtube, stocks, maps, weather, voice memos, notes, clocks, calculator, Settings, iTunes, Music, videos, safari, and apps store) When you do this delete step, all of the apps that are already on there cannot be deleted, (if that was what you were trying to delete)

I've got it. If it's a Cydia Application just go to cydia/manage/packages choose the one you want to delete/point it/click modify in the top right corner/choose remove/then confirm and you are done :D. LOL long steps to delete a simple app right xD
