  • Jay I really like the videos like this where you explain what you're doing/conciously thinking about or emphasising during the lift eg about the chest squeezing etc! It's tips like that that keep me hooked on the videos! Big Thankyou

  • Man cutlers a good bb but he is weak on my schools football team there's this 17 year old kid who's 5 10 205 and he maxes out 415 on the bench. Even marks ruhl does 475 for 3 on the bench.

  • I do like watching Jay but what iv always wondered is how do their hearts not explode...like their heart has to be under constant pressure to pump all that blood to that extra muscular tissue...Cardio ya i know can make the left ventricle bigger to pump more efficiently but can their be a limit?

  • @litoazmitia When they hit the stage they are around 3 or 3,5 % bodyfat, cant really tell what Jay's % is here, but its definately under 15, maybe around 10? I cant really tell when he has the shirt on.
