This is nothing more than a Doom mod/total conversion. it dosn't take a programmer to make a mod/total conversion for a retail game cause all of the tools required to make one are available already to use.

Yea it looks like hard work, but the Build engine isnt really that hard to work with. most people can go right in and start messing around with the Build engine editor. it does take some know how to make a mod/TC but not like what people think. not like it would be programing a game from scratch, this is far from that.

It's technically a PC (DOS) game, a mod for Duke Nukem 3D. Thanks to Duke3D having been ported to the PSP, it's also an unofficial PSP game (hence the title of the video here).
