The ring raiders stop skull squadron from destroying the past. And note that many of their planes and pilots are recruited as the best pilots literally in aviation history.

Yeah and even though this was awesome the Swat Kats kept the line rolling and there was also a cartoon around the late 90s early 2000s called Flight Squad.
Now everything is pure unadulterated shit, like that CGI show I don't even know its name is about some boys who live in some sort of giant airship (one of them some sort triceratops and the other a hiperactive crack addict poorly resamblence of a rabbit) and fight monsters that also fly in their stupid ass machines.
i remember this, the toys came with a cassette there was only one episode to this show, it never took off lol and became a series, this is great....thanks for the post brings back so many memories :)
I wonder if the Dutch intro was different, because I am sure Skull Squadron's flyer Mako was in the opening scene. But yeah, I really liked the cartoon and toys. Unfortunately it didn't last very long on over here.
