@ASharawadji You don't need to know how to program in C to use Csound. You do need to learn about DSP and the inputs to Csounds which are text files describing the "intstruments" and a "score" that plays them.
@raku217 max is a commercial product. PD is a max like open source alternative. There are many CSound implementations with diferent front ends. Ask the google.
