  • dear parent,

Look at children in the past. Now look at your. Hurt eh?

    from, a idiot kid...

  • Geeeesh. I was lucky to be able to read by age 8. I flunked first grade. i spent a long time in th hospital for asthma. Thanks Video. I feel bad

  • someone can do calculus at age 4!!!

  • Where is Gauss??

  • we dont read in 2 secons, more time to read

  • lol.. this video makes me feel like an idiot

  • At first I was mad because I thought you weren't going to mention Mozart- I was like "Mozart first composed at age 3, Mendelssohn at 11. Mozart wrote 1st symphony at age 6; Mendelssohn a few gigues for the piano..." Mendelssohn is nothing compared to Mozart

  • Can you please slow down your videos !

  • Einstein anyone?

  • That far cry 3 trailer doe!!

  • 250-300 I.Q.? Really? Please.

  • What about Carl Friedrich Gauss? You ignored him an put Picasso in o.0

  • WHERE KIM UNG YONG ?

  • OFWGKTA

  • And what have YOU done lately?!

This video said I was an idiot.

  • I visited mozarts statue and birth city Hanau, Germany

  • Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart FTW

  • ah Mozart...

  • This video 39,656 views for talking about prodigies, RWJ 489,000+ views making unfunny videos about a derpstep cat...

  • I never felt smart, my cousins think graduating high school is an achievement that perceives intelligence... I feel stupid.

  • Hey,hey, heeey!!!! I'm not on this list! Please correct that error as..asap!

  • the music for this video is called.. Pretty Ballerina by Robert Bruce

  • @NightWolfBeast Haha lol nice one

  • Yup good old days, that made our society better... new generation horde of dumb fucks (no offense) but lets face the truth

  • I should be I here because I knew what 0+0 is at the age of 2

  • Arfa Kareem

  • I learn to speak when i was 2... :D

  • i should be here! i: learn germany at age 7, know simple 3 digit multiplication by age 9 and also, get a 100 in science final test 3 times in a row at age 10. WHERE IM I!?!??!

  • @ultimaterunescape90 Didn't teach you proper grammar though did they?

  • Mozart didn't just compose 3 major symphonies by the time he was 12, he wrote, and performed his first full piece when he was three and had writtten his first symphony by age 6.

  • So if it is not math or music........forget it.

  • Lol I was thinking during the video that if mozart wasn't no. 1 he needs to research well what do you know.

  • The only reason these kids really did something that incredible is because they were born in old time periods.Where the internet,Xbox,Ps3, and all those things weren't invented yet. So all they could do in their homes is to improve something that actually matters. You can't expect a average kid at this generation to stop and do stuff like learn to play piano, guitar, and so on, unless of course is their passion.

  • picasso shouldn't be there...?

  • Contains numerous misunderstanding of engineering and inventions per se.

  • Asians are smart? WHAT A STUPID STEREOTYPE... Look at these child prodigies, they're all WHITE. This is coming from an Asian.

  • @OrlyDudeGuy They WERE all white, now they're all deceased. White child prodigies are a rare occurrence now as most white adolescents are too distracted by video games, sex, TV, and social networking sites to sincerely care about learning and education. The intelligence of most Jewish people is the only thing keeping whites in competition with Asians intellectually. There's a dearth of eminent white intellectuals who aren't at least ½ Ashkenazi Jew.

  • @ToaoRaj Asian intellectuals are underrepresented. BTW, I was ridiculing a stereotype which is just nonsense, based on negative perceptions, having ppl thinking that Asians are smart nerds, etc. East Asians may have a high IQ, but to hear ppl say that we're smart and I look at the books and all I mostly see are white intellectuals, I feel like I'm just being joked. I wish Asian geniuses/intellectuals/etc. were just as presented as their white counterparts (no racist).

  • @OrlyDudeGuy the reason why Asians have the stereotype of having a high IQ is because they start education early and actually take it seriously.

  • @SirNevyn That's not always the case, I know some really lowly educated ones, some who are ignorant, some just plain lazy, some who want to be thugs, etc.

  • @OrlyDudeGuy WHITE ( europe) high geniuses and intellectuals because of reformation age in europe ----- look at the years

  • Comment removed

  • I'm already smart, not THAT smart but, smart enough...

  • one reason i love this channel is the random-ness of some of these listings lol "Dictators who Died Violently"?? haha yes, i think i will.

  • wolf gang is possibly the coolest name ever

  • it´s not a song when, noone is singing..

  • Whats the name of this song please?

  • where is albert einsten?

  • @neoAxel58 albert einstein was bad in school as a child

  • @winzkb24 no he was a honorstudent

  • iam not even as smart as marie curie i fail at mathematics but iam good in all the other subjects

  • @smoss238 Are 'all the other subjects' P.E and Drama?

  • didn't marie curie die from handling radioactive substances?=/

  • everyone here except maria agnesi, jon von newman, marie curie, william sidis and blaise pascal were not geniuses ..... pascals there for his pressure, maria agnesi and william sidis is there for being a "linguistical and mathematical"genius (even though they did not invent shit), marie curie and newman however knew their shit.. curie got two fucking nobel prizes! and i like computer viruses!

  • all of them did their work after they graduated college after they were 21 -_-

  • I'm aware of that but it's nice to know you have something in common with someone you admire

  • ( 20 years later) *clicks on new " top 10 prodigy's* : Kid gets a 1000-0 during a online match of call of duty.

  • @NightWolfBeast haha, so true. We often forget that in the era these people accomplished these feats, there was absolutely nothing else to do.

  • Song??

  • Look at your kid, now back at this, reality hurts doesn't it?

  • @nemesis962074 I saw a documentary on child prodigies, and they're a pain to care for, and a lot of them aren't happy. An IQ of 250 really isn't necessary, I'll settle for 110.

  • @LckStckSmkingBarrels Ignorance is bliss.

  • @nemesis962074 Not having an IQ above 200 is being ignorant?

  • @nemesis962074 You're ignorant of what it takes for a parent to look after such a child.

  • @LckStckSmkingBarrels I feared that you might take that as an insult, by 'ignorance is bliss' I meant that people with less intelligence are usually happier(not always)I was agreeing with you, so chill your tits.

  • @nemesis962074 Why did you assume I was upset? My tits are chill.

  • @LckStckSmkingBarrels Idk, can we both agree that comments in the internet are misleading?

  • @LckStckSmkingBarrels lmao! chill your tits! thats a funny one

  • I thought Mozart is on the first place. He composed from the age of five and performed at the age of six.

  • me feel dum now

  • wut issac newton is not number 1

  • Oh thank god he didn't include Justin Bieber XD

  • @TianchangLiao Who's Justin Bieber?

  • no, I don't feel dumber after watching this. I started reading the dictionary and encyclopaedia at age 7, I also done an IQ test as well which results are 121 making me smartest in the family.

  • sigh i feel so dumb :/

  • @balsphinktahr that's kinda funny now that I think about it. A lot of the smart people seem to have some form of condition. It being paralyzed (stephen hawking), ADHD (Bill Gates), Be able to see music and feel it even though you're blind ( Betoven) and more. Doesn't seem odd a bit?

  • @harrimat100 Beethoven, actually. He was deaf.

  • @balsphinktahr my bad. He was a great orchastrator, though he was deaf. glad than you knew what I meant.

  • what's your study? Child psychology. Now that's nice-WITH A MINOR IN PAIN!!!!

  • where was shelldon cooper??

  • You forgot about Jimmy Neutron.

  • oh what people used to be before the internet.

  • How the fuck do you get into Harvard at 11?!?!?

  • I strongly feel thomas young should be on this, he could read at age 2, was fluent in 3 languages and could understand about 10 other languages by age 14. at 23 he earned his doctorate in physics, and was absolutely critical for his work with light waves, surface tension, decifering egyptian hieroglyphics, work in child drug dosage, comparing over 400 different languages, and even invented a way of tuning musical instruments

  • im surprised thomas young wasn't on this.

  • Much of this people didn't changed the world that much a lot of people who are smart but not at this level really changed the world

  • @TheMihaiLuchian True there are tons of other important people. But the title of this video is "Child Prodigies". Doesn't mean they have to change the world, just means they were amazing people, especially as children.

Also, if it weren't for one of the people up there in that video, you might not even be able to watch it, because there might be no computers.

  • what's this song?

  • im proud of my siblings thats why im so smatr lol

Yea, but there's wayyy to many younglings who are incredibly good at singing and or dancing.

I know 3 off the bat from ytube videos....

MJ was probably the only one who's ever gotten so famous.

  • It's because todays society is all about going to school and be forced to study.

  • thumbs up if u knew Mozart was gonna be first!

  • steven hawking didnt get smart till he went to uni

  • All the very smart people were born in the 17th century to the 19t century because since they had no tv, computers, video games, or the phone they had nothing else better to do so they studied increbly hard for time to pass by fast

  • @DavidSolus I think you mean from the 17th to the 20th century.

  • i new the first one is going to be Mozart

  • number 7 must have autism, because that talent is often associated with the mental disease.

  • i saw 1 miles away :D!

  • oh wow.. I'm 15 with IQ of 140+ and I feel really stupid now.

  • Comment removed

  • that awkward moment when you're 16 and struggle with high school when one of those kids had already graduated from harvard..

  • no racist, but research show that africans has the lowest IQ, you guys feel dumb, but how do they feel ?

  • 4 should be 1

  • @Mrinebriation I agree. Harvard at age 11 :O

  • Hah, I took piano lessons at 5 and had my first performance at 7. I feel so special

  • Where's Akrit Jaswal? Who became a surgeon aged 7. He's only like 18 or 19 now and trying to find a cure for cancer.

  • @AlbinJi

Trying to search it isn't difficult...

But where did he become surgeon?

Because in the western world it wouldn't be allowed.

  • @tim888881 He is from India and currently the 3rd most intelligent person in the world - 1Q:146.

It was proved by India and USA

  • @AlbinJi

    That's pretty smart.

Didn't thought 146 was that high.

I used to have 137 myself.

I always like it when somebody from a nation with a lower educational level does things like that :D
