  • I have a question, Im 15 and big for my age, NOT fat, i have barley any fat, but just natural big legs and arms would you suggest this for me, and would i get a pretty good result?

  • Puppeh! I've done a few p90x DVDs and my mom just bought them and I'm excited to get them

  • All the best buddy

  • I giggled at your dog during diamond pushups hahaha

  • cheap resistance bands have a higher chance of breaking lol... that's why i personally recommend free weights that you can do most lifts with

  • could u replace their shakes and bars for your own stuff with equivalent nutritional value?

  • @Ir0nF1st924 as far as protein bars or shakes go you could definitely replace beach body products with other brands. I found that Sam's Club had high quality protein (EAS) for the cheapest price. And I really liked GNCs wheybolic 60. I also really like Pure Protein bars because they have a low sugar content. But feel free to research and get the brand you like the best. I will say that I haven't found another product that is similar in content or nutrition to Shakeology.

  • do u recommend doing this for me im 13 and i already work out for baseball or football..

  • @TheCruzMovies i think the program would be really good for building strength and helping you prepare for your sports. The yoga in there would also help prevent injuries. Because you are still young and growing I would suggest that you clear it with your doctor before starting. The good thing about P90X is that is well balanced-there is strength, core, cardio, and stretching so it can improve your overall athletic performance.

  • do you you have to take protein shakes or you could replace it with real food such as eggs...???

    please reply

  • @HuntedHouseMusic you don't have to take protein shakes. But, protein shakes are a convenient way to get your protein on the go or after a workout. You could definitely try supplementing your protein with eggs, fish, chicken or lean beef first. Personally I found it easy to make a shake after a workout and boost my protein intake than trying to eat more chicken or fish etc. Following the fat shredder portion of the p90x diet my goal was 250g of protein/day and I liked variety protein sources.

  • Thank you for creating this video. Very informative. I will began P90X tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. Now my question is, Are you following the diet plan and are you taking any protein shakes, supplements, vitamins, and so forth? I'm trying to lose 30 lbs. Advice?

  • @marcelarange congratulations on beginning P90X tomorrow! After going through the program quite a few times and insanity I would definitely, definitely, definitely recommend following the diet plan. Especially the fat shredder portion of the plan if you are trying to lose 30lbs. Diet is probably just as important of maybe even more important than the workouts. I also take beachbody shakeology after a workout and have gnc amp 60 protein powders. I also take 1 m.r. as a preworkout drink sometimes.

  • @marcelarange as for advice i would recommend doing as much as you can each workout. Always be moving forward either with more weight or more reps. And if you struggle with an exercise then modify it and keep going. If you can't do pull ups then get a step stool or chair to assist you etc. If you eat clean and do the workouts consistently you will definitely see results. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

  • but if I can't do push ups or pull ups, how can I train to do them?? please help me on this one. =)

  • @chaostftk you can modify the exercises and then work up to full pushups and pull ups as you get stronger. For push ups you can start doing them on your knees and then gradually progress to full push ups as you get stronger in your chest. And for pull ups you can use a chair or step stool to take some of the strain off of your back. And as you keep doing the exercises you will get stronger and have less and less need for an assist.

  • @RapidFireMeals thank you so much! Woo!!hoo!!!

  • @GenericCoolaid Gaining Muscle mass and losing fat, bro.

  • Im 14, so I'm still a kid. Im trying the 90 day session, so do you reccommend me following the diet? Im not fat, Im actually very skinny. Im trying to get some muscle and lose some armpit fat.

  • Cool dog

  • @missjoanna95

I'd suggest calisthenics. They are simple and can be done anywhere. Don't worry about becoming bulky--It's tough to get big muscles as a female.

  • I'm a slim girl, but I want to tone my body more and as well as loosing 13 pounds. Is that possible? I dont wanna have bulky grosse female muscles! But something a la Adriana Lima etc - just looking fit :) Could P9OX do that for me?

  • would you reccomend this for speed muscle. i dont want bulk muscle

  • @owhsht310

it takes a little more than an hour a day

the yoga vid is about an hour and a half

  • How much time do you need to spend per day?

  • I have been on the fence with getting p90 but d*mnit im gonna do it. Im good on the free weights however is the pull up bar at walmart adequate? i weight 205lbs or so. I like the fact this isnt "easy".....so bottom line.....is this good if i wanna look my best for my June Vegas trip??? i wanna look my best at Tao Beach!!!

  • I feel you man. I've been doing p90x for 2 and a half years. I'm only 16 and I look like a pro bodybuilder!

  • @TheTerminatorX7 question. you have been doing p90x for two and a half year and you are 16, are you ALWAYS on this "90" day routine? Or do you do p90x all the way thrugh then take breaks from it?

  • guys i need help im kind of on the heavy side and im trying to lose some pounds and build some muscle cause i play defense for my school lacrosse team. im not sure if I should get it just intended to build some muscle and lose weight.! can you help.!?

  • Hey so im trying to actually get bigger and not lose weight. I am going to college next year and I'm varsity runner so fairly slender. Can it be oriented for somebody like me? Or is it more like for people tying to build muscle, but really slim down? Let me know thanks. BTW I like your dog lol.

  • @pizcobabe It can absolutely be tailored to getting bigger and gaining more muscle. All you have to do is use heavy weight and be failing at 8-10 reps. That, along with a high protein diet will help you put on muscle. Diet, is a big part of putting on muscle. And thanks, I like my dog too. He's my lil trainer. haha

  • Fuck you Derek

  • @iPwnedUnigga In the video I say 40-50$ for a pullup bar. At the time of making it they were selling iron gym extreme pullup bars for 39.99 at Walmart. Now the prices have come down and they are $34.99 at walmart. You can also get the regular iron gym for 29.99 or the sturdier p90x pull up bar from beachbody for $59.85. Hope that helps.

  • I just completed the 2nd week, and im loving it!

  • Thanks for the video!

  • Greetings from pakistan....! thanks for this video you've got me motivated i will be starting with this program soon...!

  • Bands are cheap and nasty. If you're serious about your fitness program, get free-weights.

  • I just have to say that I used the bands for about 2 weeks and I recently purchased adjustable dumbells. I honestly think that to get the most out of this workout you need freeweights

  • Your little dog encourages you while you work out!

5 stars for the lovely coach!

  • haha I like how your dog was watching. Thanks for the info! :)

  • whew! that last move looks KILLER! haha I'll be really interested to see your progress, so I do hope you'll keep doing these!

  • P90X works. I tried it. KenpoX is the bomb. Power 90 is the first one for beginners. The food is eh though when you make it.

  • aww i see scooby in the video too!!

  • lmao at the infomercials that offer 6 pack abs, and all u have to do is sleep and when u wake up the next day u have them hahaha

  • Thanks so much for doing this video. I was interested in trying the system but I wasn't sure if it actually worked...I have a question though: Can you work up to push ups and chin ups because at the moment I can't do either lol

  • You can absolutely work up to push ups and chin ups. Tony shows variations if you can't do either- pull ups with a band or a chair so u can use ur legs or push ups from your knees. The vids are really good about offering alternatives and usually there is one person doing the modified version.

  • hey, thanks for this video! i love your voice, it's so calm and soothing to listen to, lol!! this P90X thing sounds legit, I'm definitely looking into it! and good luck with the rest of your journey, even though it seems like you already have a bangin' body! lmfao
