If they dont own your note, take them to court and make them prove that they have standing. Make them produce the original promissory note. They dont have it. they sell them before they extend you the credit. The promissory note and deed of trust cannot be separated. if they are that is more fraud. They separate them when theysell the note. ask for the title page to see if it says "satisfied without recourse" meaning it is paid in full. Dont let them get away with this corrupt musical chair game

how about the fact that fraud is eing committed when they say they loaned you money, when you self funded your home, when they used your promissory note as a

security instrument (check) when they put deposit only and deposit in their bank. which pays your home in full. then they sell it up to 40 times. then they get 30 years of time payments from you. Such greedy people, those bankers. This is fraud and fraud breaks a contract, and there is no statute of limitations on fraud. Go get em!!

The "American Homeowners Seminar" is being held in Texas to make homeowners aware of their rights and the to educate them on the fact that banks are NOT precluded from obeying the laws including the 14th Amendment which has to deal primarily with "FAIRNESS". Banks cannot get away with the fraud.
